Arkansas Emergency Operations Plan
This plan describes how resources of local, state, and federal governments may be most effectively used to ensure citizens of this state are prepared for all contingencies and are able to react promptly to save lives and property and alleviate suffering when disaster occurs. This plan provides guidance for coping with any type of disaster.
