Yes, with out an AEL number we will be unable to process and approve the budget.

Does it matter if I include the AEL number on the budget?

Budget changes should only be submitted as an addition to your correct budget and should be sent to Kathy.hedrick@adem.state.ar.us

To change your grant point of contact for the county the Judge will need to contact kathy.hedrick@adem.state.ar.us.

There should at the most be only ONE Grant Point of Contact (POC) for each grant

Invoices can only be processed if they are one a single grant.

You can find the AEL numbers at www.rkb.mipt.org, as a responder you can log on to the web site and search the AEL data base. Remember to click on the proper grant year for the AEL list

Where do you find the AEL numbers?

Your inventory should be submitted ONLY through email as an attachment to sam.miller@adem.state.ar.us

What is the turn around time from on getting reimbursed?

How do I get reimbursement for taxes accumulated on grant items, can I write the tax on the invoice?

NO, taxes will ONLY be paid if submitted on an official tax form or ledger.
