This computer system is property of the State of Arkansas Department of Emergency Management and is intended for authorized users only.  The use of any and all State-owned equipment and supplies shall be restricted to official State use only. Unauthorized or personal use of equipment or supplies may be grounds for dismissal in accordance with Governor's Policy Directive GPD-5, 1997.   All activities performed on this computer are monitored and recorded by system administrators.  Any activity expressly prohibited will result in suspension of the user account pending action by the Director of the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management.
